1、When confirming the use and installation environment, capacitors used as rated performance ranges specified in the product sample specification should be avoided in subordinate situations:
a)High temperature (temperature exceeds maximum temperature);
b)Overcurrent (current exceeds rated ripple current);
c)Overvoltage (voltage exceeds rated voltage);
d)Apply a reverse voltage or an alternating voltage;
e)Used in circuits that repeatedly charge and discharge abruptly.
2、The capacitor case and auxiliary lead-out terminals must be completely isolated from the positive and negative terminals and the board.
3、When the insulation of the capacitor sleeve is not guaranteed, do not use it where there is a specific requirement for insulation performance.
4、Please do not use capacitors in the following environments:
a)An environment directly in contact with water, salt water and oil, or condensation;
b)An environment filled with harmful gases (sulfide, H2S, HNO, Cl2, ammonia, etc.);
c)In an environment exposed to sunlight, ozone, ultraviolet light and radioactive materials;
d)Vibration and shock conditions exceed the harsh environment of the scope of the sample and instructions.
5、When designing the capacitor installation, the following must be confirmed:
a)The positive and negative pitch of the capacitor must match the hole pitch of the circuit board;
b)Ensure that a certain space is left above the explosion-proof valve of the capacitor;
c)Try to avoid wiring and other components on the top of the capacitor with an explosion-proof valve;
d)Please do not have other wiring on the board.
e)Avoid designing and installing heating elements around the capacitor and on the board.
6、In addition, when designing the circuit, you must confirm the following:
a)Changes in temperature and frequency do not cause changes in electrical properties;
b)When the appliance is mounted on the double-sided printing plate, the mounting position of the capacitor avoids excess substrate holes and via holes;
c)The current is equalized when two or more capacitors are connected in parallel.
